So this is Eve and the Serpent (or as Max Klinger might say, Eve and the Future). It was done as an illustration for Paradise Lost. The circular composition is an unusual one for me - I like rectangles. I started off with the normal rectangular format, but quickly realized it wanted to be a circle and I went along with it.
